A Few Things to Know Before Your Appointment:
 

• Please have your Survey Plat available for the meeting. It can usually be found with your closing documents of your home. The Survey is a layout of your property and provides the information we need, such as building lines, to help design your structure. The survey is also necessary to apply for a permit. We will not be able to provide you with an estimate without the survey plat.
   

• Please allow us a 30 minute window before and after your scheduled time.
   

• Please block out at least an hour as we will need to take multiple measurements, photos and sketch out a preliminary layout.
   

• Please have outdoor area clear of any items that will hinder us taking measurements of the area and of your home.
