The three things that set this company apart is the professionalism, communication and quality of work. Bobby, the owner, was always an email or phone call away and we never felt "out of the loop". He was onsite every day and he thoroughly inspected each phase of the build. When you're typically a do-it-yourself homeowner, the attention to detail during the construction was appreciated. As an added bonus, this company uses a very detailed design software that allows you to see your completed project before the construction begins, as well as an app for the homeowner to view all facets of the project from the schedule to change orders to invoices. We worked with Austin for our patio expansion. The work included covering an open area and building an outdoor kitchen. Austin and his crew's work far exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend using Beautiful Backyard for any project that you are considering.

I was most pleased working with this business family. In the first place they treated us like family. Austin, the Manager of our project was here each day the project was active, which was everyday from the first day of the job, until the last. The only exceptions were company days off, or inclement weather. Furthermore, Austin kept us in the loop about everything that was going on from small delays to anticipated weather delays. Taking into account the three rain days, I believe we still finished a little ahead of schedule, and, by the way, the price was well within what would be expected for such beautiful craftsmanship.
