Our recent customers in Prosper, Texas had your typical covered patio space constructed by the home builders. They wanted to renovate this outdoor living space into a larger, more complete entertainment space that can be enjoyed year-round.
We started by demolishing the existing patio space. Then we designed and constructed a full-finish, Closed Gable Style Roof patio cover that blends seamlessly to the overall design of the home.
From there, we built an outdoor kitchen with a vent hood, installed 3 overhead heaters to cut the chill on those crisp Texas evenings and then added two Big Ass Fans®.
This is definitely one outdoor living space that will be enjoyed all year long. Take a look!
