New Covered Patio Space in McKinney

Our customer in McKinney already had standard patio that was original to the home, but they wanted an outdoor living space.  We were able to create a solution that provided an extended patio area, complete with a TV mount, hot tub area and ceiling fans.  Who wouldn’t want to relax in the hot tub on a cool Texas evening?

Scope of the project:

1. Extend the patio space with a new covered patio.

2. Use a licensed electricians to run electrical for a fan, lighting and hot tub.

3. Use quality stain to give the wood that perfectly finished look.
