Extended Covered Patio Space in McKinney

Our recent customer in McKinney, Texas had a standard patio that was original to the home, but they wanted to have an expanded outdoor living space.  We were able to create a solution that provided an extended patio area with decorative concrete, complete recessed can lights, ceiling fan and a hanging lounge seat. 

This is the perfect set up for those upcoming cooler events heading our way.

Scope of the project:

1. Extend the patio space with a new Open Gable Style Patio Cover.

2. Add Multi-Colored Patterned Concrete for an extended patio space

3. Use a licensed electricians to run electrical for a fan and can lights.

4. Use quality stain to give the wood that perfectly finished look.
