Our customer in McKinney already had standard patio that was original to the home, but they wanted an outdoor living space. We were able to create a solution that provided an extended patio area, complete with a TV mount, hot tub area and ceiling fans. Who wouldn’t want to relax in the hot tub on a cool Texas evening?
Scope of the project:
- Extend the patio space with a new covered patio.
- Use a licensed electricians to run electrical for a fan, lighting and hot tub.
- Use quality stain to give the wood that perfectly finished look.
