Taking a look at the scope of the project
We have designed, and built a magnificent outdoor living area, and patio cover for a wonderful family in Frisco, TX. This project was a complete patio build including…
-a large one-thousand four-hundred square foot decorative concrete slab. We placed 9 separate concrete piers where the patio cover posts would be positioned, allowing stability/strength to the concrete below.
-after the concrete was in place and ready to be built on, using our custom design, we built 2 overhead structures, one being a three-hundred and thirty-six square foot cedar covered patio with decorative trim, and the other a two-hundred and sixteen square foot cedar pergola with decorative trim. The customer was keen on separating themselves from the direct sunlight while enjoying their patio on a hot North Texas summer day, so we built a cedar privacy panel along 2 sides of the pergola.
-along with the overhead structures, we designed and built a twenty-four linear foot BBQ grill/outdoor kitchen, using natural stone facing, with a Leuders stone surface.other masonry work included 2 stone post wraps, with Leuders stone surface as well.
